CASE is...

Assisting CASE in its work in Columbia are two organizations:

• Peers Advocating Smoke-free Solutions (PASS) is a student-run organization based at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

• Smoke-Free Air for Everyone (SAFE) is a group of Boone County residents working to improve the health of the community by lessening the negative impacts of tobacco.

MFFH Grant

Campus-Community Alliances for Smoke-Free Environments (CASE) was funded with a Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Initiative Grant provided by the Missouri Foundation for Health. The MFFH Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Initiative is a nine-year, multi-phase program that includes grant-making, policy, capacity building, and evaluation and communication activities. MFFH is taking a comprehensive approach to tobacco use to assure integration of all aspects of prevention and cessation.
