Campus Alliances

CASE has aligned with seven Missouri universities and colleges, called campus-alliances. The goal is to develop sustainable campus-alliances functioning that:

  • Provides tobacco control leadership training to university students;
  • Addresses campus-community implementation of tobacco control initiatives and workplace smoking bans; and
  • Promotes smoking cessation in all communities.

Student leaders are involved in all aspects of campus and community tobacco control initiatives. Teams of student leaders are disseminating educational information about smoke-free workplaces, promote available cessation resources, and encourage local workplace tobacco control projects in targeted counties across the state.
