Felicia Poettgen holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Willam Woods University in Fulton, MO. She has worked as a corporate health and community education
program supervisor and a health promotion fitness manager and fitness coordinator at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City. Within these positions, she has been
involved in the planning, implementation and delivery of smoking cessation, weight-loss, and fitness classes, corporate and community health screenings. She has been
active in many community causes. Her main objective with CASE is to educate the Jefferson City/Cole County community about the hazards of secondhand smoke through the
Cole County Partners for Clean Air coalition.
