SAFE (Smoke-free Air for Everyone)-Rolla is a coalition of health minded members of the Phelps County community focused on improving health by lessening the negative impacts of tobacco. Committed to establish a CASE (Community Advocating a Smoke-free Environment), these individuals serve to ensure that Phelps County is educated, equipped and aware.
