Clean Air St. Joe promotes the right of all citizens to breathe clean, smoke-free air and live free from addiction to tobacco products. - educated the public about youth access to tobacco products;
- presented at Chamber, Roatary Club, & Lion's Club meetings;
- brought in national speakers;
- presented at national conferences and regional workshops;
- collected and analysed health and economic data;
- promoted worksites to voluntarily go smoke-free;
- recruited over 500 supporters through signature drives;
- recruited schools to participate in Smokebusters;
- supported youth in attending national summits;
- developed media messaging; and
- recruited and trained media spokespersons.
