ALA Freedom from Smoking
Location: Ozark Center
Details: 8-week group smoking cessation program, one 90-minute session per week. Free $100 voucher for a nicotine replacement product of choice. The program can be offered on site for local employers.
Cost: Free for any part-time or full-time employee in Jasper, Newton and McDonald counties. Minimal cost for others.

ALA Freedom from Smoking
Location: St. John's Hospital
Details: 7-week group smoking cessation program, one 90-minute session per week. Classes offer a systematic approach to quitting, moving smokers through a logical progression from awareness of their smoking behavior to actual behavior change. Ten participants are needed for program to be conducted.
