Students from across Missouri gather for a Smoke-free Youth Summit
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Nearly 500 students and 150 adults from 75 high schools in Missouri will gather in Jefferson City on Feb. 10-11, 2009 in Capitol Plaza Hotel to
participate in the Show-me Smoke-free Youth Summit to grow their leadership skills in efforts to reduce the harm caused by tobacco use. The event will feature leaders
from state and national organizations, Missouri legislators and Governor Jay Nixon. It is hosted by CASE with support from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior
Services (DHSS).
