Beth Eiken is currently an Administrative Assistant in Research within the Department of Family and Community Medicine in the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine. Her current role involves aiding faculty and research administrators with grant submissions to national and local agencies and foundations including National Institutes of Health, Environmental Protection Agency and Missouri Foundation for Health. She also assists with research efforts associated with journal submissions to prominent international and domestic medical publications. She possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Mo., and is currently a graduate student in the Executive Health Services Management program through the Department of Health Management and Informatics at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
